We are a multi specialty hospital established on 28.08.1986 having a capacity of 70 beds (including 13 beds in ICU) for indoor patients, run by JANTA MANDAL, a charitable Trust registered under the provisions of Maharashtra Public Trusts Act 1950. We provide healthcare facilities through 40 + Consultants, who are post Graduates in their respective branch of medicine. The day to day activities are carried out through 15 + dedicated RMOs and 125 + nursing/support staff.

This hospital caters mainly to the weaker sections of the society in North Nagpur. The treatment is provided at most reasonable rates without compromising the quality of care and services. As a result, we enjoy very good reputation even beyond Nagpur, as is evident from number of patients from various places in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh seeking health care facilities at this hospital. We are also empanelled by CGHS for Central Government employees/pensioners. We are empanelled by Reserve Bank of India and Central Railways, Jhulelal Institute of Technology for medical facilities to their employees/pensioners. Besides, policy holders of all major Health Insurance companies can also avail of our services through TPAs.

Janta Maternity Home & Hospital has recently taken active part in Free Health Check Up camps under Atal Arogya Shivir, organised by Joint Charity Commissioner Nagpur at Cental Jail Nagpur for convicted prisoners and at Salekasa in Gondia District for tribal population. The dedication with which our team provided health care services to these neglected/needy persons earned us exemplary appreciation from the authorities at the office of the Joint Charity Commissioner Nagpur.
